First off let me say, I am from Seattle. I know good coffee because I grew up on it. I've had great coffee in Nicaragua but mostly just mediocre. I had the caramelo latte ad the espresso tasted old and the flavor was cloying, too sweet. This coffee was drinkable but not delicious. A friend had a hazelnut iced latte, also too sweet. And the chai latte was just tazo, nothing special.
