Recently visited Bombay with some work colleagues. I am pleased to say the food was very good here. I don't use the word authentic because with a billion Indians, there is wide variety of what qualifies as authentic. I can say the food was very good. It is definatly more North Indian in taste. The flavor profiles of the Tandoori and Naans was consistent to what a good Indian restaurant will serve. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very relaxing. There are probably about 20 tables in this restaurant so it can get busy. The prices are reasonable. I can say the portions are quite big are while not a family style restaurant, this portions are definately big enough for two people. This wasn't explained when we were ordering so the table had alot of food. So order a few dishes to share. There is a wide selection of food on the menu, so come here a few times if you will be staying here for any length of time.
On the downside, the timing of bringing the food could be improved. I think naans should be served at the same time as the meal, as that is the what the naans are for (soaking up all those sauces and picking up the food)
Also to note, there are 3 Indian restaurants on the same floor so pay attention to the names. I haven't tried the other 2, but will write a review when I do.
