Spent 4 nights at Under the Eaves and found Steve and Deb to be very accommodating and helpful in every way the could. From recommending restaurants to suggesting hikes and supplying us with topo maps, they were quick to help with anything. The food at breakfast was great, and talking with all the other guest around the dinning room table was fun every morning. Couldn't have asked for more from a B&B.

We loved our stay with Steve, Deb and Smoo the dog. Smoo does a great trick that you will like (especially if you are a Democrat). We stayed with another couple in the eaves suite- it's huge and very comfortable. The location is convienent to the shuttle and all things in town (had a nice meal at Oscars). The breakfasts that they served were absolutely incredible- the best we have had anywhere. They were so good- we have asked Deb for her recipes. The house is surrounded by beautiful flowers and garden area. The stay could not have been better. Deb expressed that they were thinking of selling- hope that does not happen, but we wish for them the best.

My wife and I stayed at Under the Eaves June 2007. Really a fun place. Steve and Deb are very easy going and very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and "charming." The cottage in back is an old cabin from the old Zion Park system. They are great at helping us to find local things to do, and what to expect with different outdoors activities in the are. Breakfasts were fun and tasty.

The place itself if very convenient, and we walked to all our dinners from the B&B. There is a shuttle stop just down the street to take you to Zion. They have a cute dog, Smoo and a new puppy Moqui that are adorable. Hang out and play cards, drink a beer on a fabulous front porch, chat with Steve and Deb about their interesting paths in life. Highly recommended.

Steve, Deb, and Smoo are great hosts! The room was very clean and comfortable. The main house and garden area are great for relaxing and recounting your travels with the other hikers. Breakfasts are very filling and super tasty! Very convenient to the park shuttles and other Springdale attractions. Very unique and not at all "touristy." Definitely recommend!!!!!!
