My wife and I had a wonderful 4 night visit at Under the Eaves. It is in the perfect location to visit Zion with excellent restaurants within walking distance and free shuttles into and around the park. Our room was private, clean and comfortable and the gardens offered a peaceful respite after busy days of hiking and exploring southern Utah. Steve was a fantastic host who provided excellent advice on local dining and activities and made us feel like we were visiting an old friend. Under the Eaves is a fabulous place to stay in an amazing locale.

My friend and I stayed at Under the Eaves for five nights. It was a gamble since I found it through my search for B & B's at Zion National Park. What a fabulous discovery. Firstly, it was much better than staying in the park as I originally planned. Springdale is sweet. We did not have to use our car. There is a free bus that takes you to Zion entrance and shuttles throughout the park. (great preservation). Back to the b and b.. Our room was private. It had its own entrance and we could leave the door open and see and smell the array of flowers outside our door. The best part was Steve, our host. We gave him the name "guido sensi"...Everything he suggested...restaurants, favorite items of the menu, hiking trails, scenic rides........was perfect.
We would start out a bit slow in the morning ...having coffee and sitting on the swing surrounded by a fragrant garden.. I just loved the house.
Zion is amazing and we did daytrips to Bryce. Steve even sent us off to the less popular Kolab Canyon which was outstanding. He also suggested the out of the way town of Grafton...where Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid was filmed.
The location of the B and B was great. Awesome place, awesome hosts, the most amazing land of red rocks.. GO!

I spent 4 days at Under the Eaves hosted by Deb and Steve - a delightful, homey and tranquil place. Morning coffee on the swing in the garden, hanging out in the main house with other travelers, the best advise on food, hikes and the hidden spots that locals know. I highly recommend this B & B for its picturesque surroundings and welcoming hosts!

Very conveniently located in Springdale just outside Zion Nat'l Park (Shuttle stop within 50 metres). Hosts Steve and Deb very welcoming and helpful providing lots of local information and advice. Good choice of restaurants nearby at various prices (try Oscars for good food at resonable price). Breakfasts were excellent and our garden room (# 6) was very comfortable if not spacious. Sadly the property is up for sale as Steve and Deb plan to move onto other things. Hope the new owners keep up the standard.

Under the Eaves was a great place to begin and end our adventure. Right in the center of tiny Springdale, Steve and Deb have a cute and comfortable house that they open to all their guests. Whether you are getting up early to hike in Zion (a quick walk from Under the Eaves) or taking the time to recover from a days adventure, this B&B is the place to be. We relaxed on their front porch with their two dogs and watched the thunderstorms cross the canyons. It was great! They are also very friendly. They had great recommendations for places to see and eat. One night we sat with Deb while she was cooking dinner and just had a nice converstations about life. The hikers accomidations were cozy, comfortable, cool ( a must while visiting the hot desert in August), and clean. Steve and Deb helped make our trip to Zion great. I definately recommend visiting Under the Eaves.
