“Excellent choice in Springdale”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 18, 2014

Fresh food, high-quality coffee and tea, non-meat entrees and a nice location. During a recent visit, we ate there once for lunch and all three mornings for breakfast. Not cheap at all, but considering the alternatives, a good value.

“Very unfriendly, overpriced, and unaccommodating, but fantastic coffee”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed June 18, 2014

The coffee is fantastic here; however, the service/attitude is terrible and the prices are ridiculously high. I paid over $50 for 3 breakfast sandwiches and 3 coffees. Sadly, the employees all have "attitude" and are not willing to accommodate at all. Quite an unfriendly place- no smiles or friendliness for anyone. Basically they act as if we're all annoying tourists. The top of the menu claims something like: "we can make any of our offerings vegan or vegetarian - just ask!" Yet, when I asked for no cheese in my frittata, they said they couldn't do that- not even an apology- just a look of annoyance (and trust me - I am very polite and friendly). I also wanted egg whites rather than regular eggs, and they acted like it was ridiculous even to have requested it. He said the owner "wanted to get away from that." So... the owner apparently wants to get away from pleasing his/her customers. The coffee was the closest to Zion Canyon and it was terrific, so I went 2 days in a row and had the same experience with different sets of employees both days. So... great coffee and cute atmosphere, but abominable attitudes and the food is just okay. The bagels are kind of stale and nothing special-clearly not made there, and it seems like they just have ready/pre-made dishes that they reheat - maybe that's why they won't accommodate?

“Quality and Value”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 17, 2014

Nestled right next to the Zion National Park is this yummy spot with a great selection of salads and sandwiches. I got the BLT and my ever-loving got the Greek salad. Both of us were pleased at the flavor and atmosphere of the spot and how can you not love the view? Springdale is a bit pricey but well worth it and we found Cafe Soliel quite reasonable and delicious.

“Best meal in Zion”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 16, 2014

Awesome salads and sandwiches. I'm not a vegatarian, but they recommended the Hummus wrap and I ordered that. Excellent. Entire family with pretty picky eaters was very pleased!

“Expensive but one of the best salads I've ever had”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 15, 2014

My group and I ate lunch here after a morning of hiking Angel's Landing and before heading out of town-- everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals, as well as the outdoor seating and free wifi. I ate the Caprese Salad and although not quite worth $12 it was VERY good. Hummus wrap was also a group favorite and don't forget to have an iced coffee beverage or a smoothie -- all also very tasty!
