Thai Sapa has a great menu of mostly Thai and Vietnamese dishes. We had a dinner of Springdale stir fry and chicken curry. Both dishes were yummy, with very fresh vegetables and spiced just as we requested. They grow many of their own vegetables, use non-GMO ingredients, and organic meats. We had mango passion fruit cheesecake and fresh mango and sticky rice for dessert. The cheesecake was great, but the fresh mango was mediocre, probably since mango was not in season. The dishes were attractively presented and of a good size. Prices were a bit high but fairly typical for that area, and not at all unreasonable. The location is excellent, walking distance from the Zion visitor center.
