We stayed two nights at the Amber Inn in Rockville. Nida recommended we go there. She described the food as "Creative Mexican". Since we both love spicy food - we decided to give it a try. This place is very unassuming situated in a converted gas station. It was absolutely great. Everything is fresh and home made with healthy portions. He has a good selection of microbrews. I had the Zion Canyon Hop Valley IPA and a Polygamy Porter.
We liked it so well - we came back the next night! After hiking The Narrows all day, I needed to treat my wife well! The food was just as excellent and Jeff's wife made her famous habanero chocolate creme brulee that was simply the best. Highly Recommended!
