“Not The Best”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 13, 2012

Pricey dinner for an average steak and cold vegetables to go with it. Salad came without dressing. Wine selection a bit limited.

“Excellent Food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2012

While staying at the Driftwood Lodge we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Parallel Eighty-Eight. The restaurant is alittle on the high end but worth it. The food and service was excellent. Would recommend to anyone staying in Springdale.

“The food was ama-zing!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 8, 2012

We sat outside and had this gorgeous view of "The Watchman" of Zion. It was beautiful! Our server was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.. The beet salad is a most and I don't even like beets! We were brought bread w/ butter and a head of roasted garlic.Which was very good! My meal was amazing. For the dessert I had the Crème brûlée which had three different flavors to try. All I can say is WOW! Had a amazing evening!

“Disappointed last time but terrific this time”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 3, 2012

The service is always wonderful here. This visit the food was outstanding, beginning with the included roasted garlic and bread. The roasted red pepper and onion on greens salad was a great first course. The filet was one of the best I have ever had, perfectly cooked, seasoned, and presented. The chocolate tian dessert is very rich, and the portion not too large so a delicious way to end the meal. Server Cheryl and the other staff were on top of things making the experience even more enjoyable. When it is warm enough I would recommend eating on the patio (they have heaters) and enjoying the view of the red rock cliffs of Zion.
