I saw the reviews here after we had booked the room. We were somewhat concerned by what we read. It wasn't the Hilton but I knew that by the prices. I got what I felt I paid for, a clean and comfortable room but nothing fancy. It was extremely quiet. I didn't hear a single noise the whole night.

The location was great. Within walking distance of several gift shops and eating establishments.

We did have trouble with the toilet, but the owner?manager was very helpful and took care of it immediately.

We would concur with the other 1 star reviews. We can also confirm the presence of bed bugs in our room #26. The room is absolutely horrible. There was a moldy, funky smell in our room. Our Toilets did flush, but the shower did not drain. We were downstairs and we thought the people staying above us were going to fall through the ceiling into our room. I would never ever stay here again. There are nice hotels in Springdale, this is not one of them however. Be warned.

This motel is very basic but cute and clean. The staff seemed friendly. There is a shuttle stop and several places to eat within very easy walking distance. We had 2 of the cheapest rooms so I can't comment on the more deluxe rooms. We saved at least $30 per room compared to surrounding motels. Can't beat it for the price!

The place needs Help! One night was enough! 3 of us shared the upstairs bedroom with living room. The toilet kept backing up! the kitchen sink would not drain, the garbage disposal did not work, the pool was dirty, trash was all over the grounds,the deck and stair case was so loose it was scary walking on them.
We were provided with 1 shampoo, 1 bar of soap.The "breakfast "was a loaf of white bread and coffee. Get in line to toast your own. The carpet was dirty, light bulbs out, drapes falling off hooks in rooms. No chairs to sit on, just a old dirty couch that should have been given to Goodwill a long time ago. I have taken pictures to send to AAA. Can not recommend this place to anyone. Spent $167.24 - AAA price and got taken!
