“Crowded”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 18, 2012

Dependent on the season, this is well hiked. Get there early. The hike isn't difficult. The falls are beautiful. Lots of tour busses and I can't blame them. As this isn't a tough hike many varied people including kids can manage this. Yet, this is a must do on your Yosemite adventure.

“Another Yosemite Valley Don't Miss!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 18, 2012

How can anyone NOT like Bridalveil Falls? At this time (Nov.) it was the only falls that still had water, so we especially liked it. It's easy to get to and always beautiful.

In other months, you can get quite a spray from the falls so be sure to pack a rain slicker and you will need it as you get closer to the falls on the trail!

“But only because it was November!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 16, 2012

Don't be disappointed if you go in the fall and don't actually see any Falls! Dry season, only this one will be flowing and even Bridalveil will be a trickle compared to April/May. Yosemite falls are completely dry and the river very low. However on the upside the whole park is "in colour" :)

“Very little water running this year”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 8, 2012

Because of the dry year we have had there was very little water running and this was one of the few falls you could actually see from the valley floor.

“not very impressive in the fall”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 7, 2012

Will come back in spring or early summer to see this and the other falls in the valley. There was little or no water to be seen from the falls. Still an amazing place to come and see the beauty of nature!
