We rent the Yosemite View chalet for 8 persons for New Year's Eve 2010, and it was really great. The chalet is really comfortable, offers a lot of utilities and is located in the heart of the Park.

Despite the huge quantity of snow we had, we could enjoy our holidays in this great chalet, a to-do !

We just returned from a 3-night stay Yosemite's Scenic Wonders cabin called "Yosemite View." Everything was excellent - especially the customer service. James, Danny, and Benson answered promptly whenever we had little issues. They even offered to help me with my snow chains, and gave me some chain tighteners to ensure that they would not fall off. They were always friendly, despite their busy-ness. Great job!

We were fortunate to have a very comfortable accommodation for a group of 12 adults + 6 kids in one of the larger houses of Scenic Wonders. We still had plenty of room for the kids to play and the adults to socialize. The centrally located lodging and the breath taking nature brought us back over and again for the third time.

All my past experiences with Yosemite Scenic Wonders customer service support based in Santa Monica have been exceptional. Celia at Scenic Wonders was our primary contact person prior to our arrival at Yosemite.

This review is for the Chateau Royal West property. In the past seven years, I have rented properties through Yosemite Scenic Wonders twice before and this was my third stay in the Yosemite West area and my first ever review on TripAdvisor.

Before I describe the property we stayed at in early November 2010, I wanted to describe my telephone experiences with Yosemite Scenic Wonders and Celia.

Firstly, I’d like to commend Celia for her attentive and wonderful customer service; and secondly, I’d like to let readers know that I have never met anyone so patient, helpful, sensitive and kind as Celia and I can’t speak highly enough of her service and kindnesses over the years. Best of all, Celia made all our visits to Yosemite ever so special.

This Fall, we were fortunate enough to return to Yosemite and our plan was to stay for six days. Months earlier, Celia was extremely accommodating to our needs and made special accommodations for us.

As it turned out, due to some unforeseen situation, with the owner of our original rental property, we were very fortunate to be upgraded to the Chateau Royal West property – see: http://www.scenicwonders.com/rentals_royal.html and here’s my review of this house.

Chateau Royal West was a treat for the eyes. The entire property was immaculate and when we arrived, fresh logs were waiting for us. Being from Hawai‘i, it was cold when we arrived at Yosemite Valley. Best yet, the on-site manager(s) had pre-heated the house for us prior to our arrival and it was wonderful to walk into a cozy house! Overall, our first impression of the Chateau Royal West was a lasting one and it was such a delight and a treat to be taken care of so royally.

The entire kitchen area was totally well equipped with everything imaginable and spotlessly clean. Moreover, this property had three bedrooms but we used only two of them.

The bed sheets in both rooms were fresh and clean and Master bedroom was superb! The Master bedroom included a jacuzzi in the bathroom; televisions in the Master bedroom and bathroom; and even a cozy fireplace in the bedroom area. Best of all, there was a “beehive” of lights tucked above in the Master bathroom which was perfect for my companion and served him very well at nights. During our stay, we couldn’t have felt more at home.

I highly recommend Yosemite Scenic Wonders to anyone who is considering a visit to Yosemite National Park. Please ask for Celia and you know that you NEVER will be disappointed.
