This was our third year returning to Yosemite Scenic Wonders and we stayed in Strawberry Creek with our teenagers. We have been visiting Yosemite in the winter since they were very small and as they have grown, we have moved from cabins in Curry to the Family Room at the Lodge over the years. Bringing our own groceries and being able to prepare all our meals in a well stocked kitchen is essential when traveling with hungry kids - especially those who aren't so little anymore! Strawberry Creek is very cozy with an open floor plan, big dining room table, loft area with TV and living room area with gas fireplace and TV. We have previously stayed in Bear's Den (see my review) and I think Strawberry Creek is very comparable. The Scenic Wonders properties have always been clean and the staff very accommodating! We usually take a day or two to ski and snowboard at Badger Pass and then leave a good portion of the last day to wander around the valley on our way back up north out of the park. Our family looks forward to this tradition and we hope to continue it for many years to come!
