We are all Gluten free in our family & the owner has taken this challenge very seriously. They keep their GF preparation section separated since they made this change. The proteins are limited to tofu but they had revamped part of their menu to include GF items. We love the Bamboo Fungus soup, Wakame Soup, Cold Basil Roll, Root Vegetables platter. They have GF soy sauce. All of their food is excellent. The place is exceptionally clean & very cheerful with it's Sunflower theme. The staff can't do enough to please you & assist you in whatever you need. They are sensitive to vegans, too. There is plenty of parking. We eat here about once a week because we've never had a gluten issue(feeling bad) after eating here.
