“Fun venue, lots of food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 9, 2013

Endless salad bar and more than sufficient meat selections. This Chima location in Vienna, VA (at Tyson's Corner beside Tyson's 1) is a cut above our experience at Texas de Brazil in the Fair Oaks Shopping Center. The salad bar was far superior. Excellent selections and excellent quality of ingredients. The meat as typically brought around to tables by servers were appropriately prepared. Customers who preferred less well done and those who preferred more well done were accommodated appropriately. Thank you for the enjoyable experience.

“Carnivores' Delight”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 11, 2012

This was our first experience with a Brazilian steakhouse. We were pleasantly surprised by the buffet. In a mind- boggling array of salads, two selections stand out. The beef carpaccio was outstanding and rivaled any I have ever had. I also enjoyed the hot soup which was a beautiful bisque - like consistency with great depth of flavor. The service was attentive and professional. If I declined one cut of meat, but mentioned that I was waiting for another, it appeared in a matter of seconds. Everyone will have their own personal favorites, but whether you love beef, lamb, pork, chicken or fish you will have an unbelievable selection to choose from. I recommend this for a special occasion or celebration.

“Great place for dinner”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 30, 2012

Totally love it! Great service, amazing selection of meats, buffet variety is outstanding. Spent an impeccable evening there and will surely go more and more. The waiters were very good and very attentive to our needs, I asked for the cocktail which was not in the menu and they made sure I got it and I liked it. It can get noisy there as the place can host big parties as well as tables for two, but you can always ask for a table further from the big groups.

“Much better visit”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 23, 2012

Went for their Restaurant Week special pricing. Was very surprised at how attentive the servers were. The meat was very tasty and anytime I wanted something more rare, I simply asked and it appeared. Would have gotten an excellent, but our waiters weren't so on their game tonight (not the meat servers, but the guys who took care of our drinks, etc.) They weren't very attentive and we asked both of them for the check and waited a good 15 minutes.

Oh - free valet parking!

“A real treat for meat and buffet lovers”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 13, 2012 via mobile

Our friends treated us to dinner last night at Chima and a treat it was. Nice venue and good service. We had an early evening reservation, so the dining area was quiet, but not for long. The ladies opted for the salad bar which was wonderful, with a lot of variety, though the fruit selection could have been better (only cantaloupe). The swordfish was cooked just right and was delicious. The men were in seventh heaven and sampled almost all the meat offerings, along with jumbo prawns and fish. For dessert the hubby and I shared a passionfruit mousse with chocolate sauce served on the side. Pretty good, too. Prices are kinda high so come hungry, pace yourself, and enjoy the amazing food at Chimas's.
