The hotel is probably one of the oldest and nicest in the area. Being older, the décor is not modern but still very comfortable and clean. The room I stayed in was a tab bit small but not unmanageable. This visit was a business trip but i would not hesitate to go back to stay there again. Lots of history and amazing environment all around. The restaurant at the hotel can revise the menu a little to accommodate some special needs. I am a vegetarian and there was nothing on the menu for me. All in all a great hotel experience!

Thank you for your kind comments about the hotel! We are pleased to know that you enjoyed the beauty and location of the hotel and that you found our rooms to be comfortable and clean.

As a historic hotel, we have over 120 different guestroom configurations. We have a small number of single king and queen bedded rooms which are quite small by today’s standards. When our occupancy allows us to do so, our agents will review our guest’s requests and place our guests in room types that are above and beyond what has originally been reserved. Nevertheless, we regret this was a concern.

Thank you too for your kind comments regarding your dining experiences during your stay. As we move forward with this area of our business we will certainly keep your suggestions in mind regarding more vegetarian food options.

Everything was wonderful. Starting with the ease of valet parking, checking in, amazing décor, finding rooms needed, exceptional sleeping comforts, food, wonderful friendly and helpful staff, everything was exceptional. Can't wait to stay in this hotel again.

Valet was wonderful! The staff emailed me prior to my arrival and asked if I needed anything for our stay. They booked reservations for us at a nearby restaurant and made our trip less stressful! I requested our suites be ready early and they were! They exceeded our expectations!!!

We stayed in this hotel when we went to a Reds baseball game. The hotel was within blocks of the stadium and we could see Fountain Square from our window. I love history, so this was a great place to stay. They had a brochure in the lobby and tells all about this hotel and all the great who have stayed there. (Including Elvis :) ) The staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean.

We have been coming to this hotel for about 30 years.It is a beautiful old art deco hotel that has been restored to its old style. It is a beautiful hotel, great service and wonderful Sunday brunch. WE have never had a bad weekend here and We will be back.

I just stayed at the Hilton Netherland Plaza Hotel for a week while at a convention. What a great old art deco hotel! The hotel public areas are beautiful and staff were very helpfull and accomodating. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Remember this is an old hotel so the bathrooms aren't as big as one might find in a more modern building. I will definately stay here again if my travels take me to Cincinatti

This hotel has a very empathetic staff. I went there for a conference and due to unfortunate circumstances had to cut my trip short. All staff went our of their way to accommodate my unplanned exit. There was one glitch with the bellhop and my luggage which caused a slight delay. The management apologized as this is not their standard ans all attempted to remedy this situation. The hotel sent a letter of apology after my return home. If my plans take me back to Cincinnati, I will return to this hotel
