“My third visit”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 15, 2013

I've stayed here several times and find the location excellent and the staff friendly. Definitely excellent value for money and great for families and groups. The kitchen and large size fridge make it easy to do some self catering. We were able to work comfortably in the suite as well as entertain. The Wi-Fi was fast and easy.

Some suites are more comfortable than others with newer furnishings and better layouts. I recommend that if you like a room, jot down the number and ask for it again.

I read EXTENSIVE reviews about this hotel before booking. The price beat everyone else, the location is perfect and the size of the rooms are incredible for what you pay! The only thing that prevented me from wanting to book the room was everyone who complained about the "outdated" amenities. I have just spent my first night here and there is NOTHING wrong with the amenities in this room. The living room has flat screens the kitchen and furniture are fine. No the appliances and furniture are not BRAND NEW but who in the HELL cares for this price!? Everything in this hotel is super clean and up to code. The hotel is located DIRECTLY in the middle of downtown Cincinnati so you are within walking distance of bars etc. The hotel has a parking garage you can park in (at a small fee) and the staff was super friendly! The room I booked has a balcony that is huge! Anyone who says this hotel isn't worth it is an idiot. I turned down choice privilege points at another more expensive hotel to stay here. I WILL be staying here again.

Room Tip: Room with balcony is awesome.,

No boutique hotel but only one was twice the price. Decently clean. Comply bed. Decent water pressure. You need to hold toilet handle down and bathroom sink drain was too slow. Room 608 was facing street and was loud all night with passing cars and emergency vehicles. If had to stay here again I would ask for other side or where the quiet side was. One staff person I met when checking in was friendly.

After a bad experience with another place, this treasure was there to pick up the pieces. Given a two-bedroom suite with a wonderful view of the city, the comfort, cleanliness, and staff were unmatched. Location was very central with a free shuttle to take us where we needed to go in the downtown area. A reasonable restaurant on-site was very convenient. I will definitely stay there again.

We stayed in a 3-bedroom penthouse suite that was part of a block of rooms reserved for a wedding. Most importantly, the room was extremely reasonably priced and the configuration was great for five adults, a toddler and an infant. The hotel is very well located in downtown Cincinnati and has a free shuttle to many nearby locations. Additionally, the staff was very nice and helpful and the restaurant in the hotel was great for breakfast. However, the rooms are dated and in desperate need of painting, new carpets and new bedding. The bathrooms also need to be redone. When we were there the police brought drug-sniffing dogs into the hotel and it was rumored that there was a drug bust. And it seemed that only one elevator was working, so there were long lines and apparently no service elevator, as the housekeepers had to use the same elevator as the guests. The bottom line is that the hotel worked great for our weekend and was overall fine, but if I go back to Cincinnati I will pay more for a nicer hotel.

Room Tip: If you rent a penthouse, make sure to ask for a written confirmation of the number of bedrooms. Not...

I was very impressed with the service that they offer. The hotel is very clean. The people who work there are very curtious as well as helpful. The hotel offers free shuttle rides within the downtown area, which was extremly helpful. I definetly 100% recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: I was on the 14th floor and I was very impressed with the room we were in. Great view.

We always stay there. Spacious rooms. Very affordable. Staying there again April. Located right downtown. Shuttle to the Reds game. We stayed in the three bedroom suite, so everyone had a room. Which was also great for the kids. They also have a gym located at the top of the hotel with an amazing view of Cincinnati. Restaraunt was great and not expensive. We will aways stay there when we are in town.
