“Love this place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 24, 2012

took my two adult children here after dinner at the Boathouse and before going to the Playhouse in the Park (which is a very short walk away). We enjoyed a few warm coffee drinks on a cool early evening. The inside atmosphere just couldnt be better with warmth from the fire burning in the fireplace and on of the best female guitar/vocalist playing. She was excellent. If you go, be sure to give her a tip too. I got a couple "nuts and bean" drinks. Really strong but good. Perfect visit.

“Cozy outdoor hang out or warm interior fireplace.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 11, 2012

Wonderful service in a unique and warm setting. It's a little (and Hidden) space that you should ASK for in Mt. Adams. Sit around the fireplace--only fits about 20 patrons, or outside around a fire and heaters in winter--unique drinks!

“A SURPRISE Hidden Gem”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 20, 2012

The place is like no other I have been~in Mt Adams District, the walkway, brick is worn as you walk down to the rear outdoor "garden area". You would not think that you are in the city! A huge Firepit, and space heaters, great music, and drink service, around the fire!

Our server, was great, friendly, efficient~told her she was the best we had encountered all weekend! I had a great coffee drink, actually two~delish~"adult beverage".

It is a very romantic spot, as there were several couples, as well as groups of all ages, nice mix~different seating arrangements as well~they also have in door area~which we did not visit~ we visited here for a couple of hours enjoying our spiked coffee's and fire and conversation~they also have a full bar and food~ would recommend this hidden gem!

It's next door to the Mt Adams Bar and Grill~ on Hatch Street~it is a "local loved hangout" worth the visit~ You won't be sorry~

“Best bar in the world, hands down, no contest!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 20, 2012 via mobile

What is not to love about the Blind Lemon? The secretive entryway down a narrow staircase, the beautiful courtyard, the cozy atmosphere inside, friendly owner and staff, live entertainment, and good drinks all add to the charm of the place! Try their hot buttered rum on a cold night! Great place to spend New Year's, too if you don't want a large, rowdy crowd.

“Cozy Courtyard + Good Food/Drinks = Conversation”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 19, 2012

I love making my way up the hill to Mt. Adams to spend time with a friend in the Blind Lemon courtyard. This is a great place for a little romantic spot, meeting up with a long lost friend, or just making an excuse to meet up with a friend. It might go something like this, "We haven't been to the Blind Lemon in much too long. ...Do you have plans this evening? ...no, let's go." It's as simple as that. Now go. Enjoy.
