Hooligans wasn't what I expected. I guess the best was to describe it is a small, local bar with a pretty good menu. Stopped in for lunch. The sandwiches were good, the iced tea was actually great! Good value, obviously a "local" scene.

After my trip to the VA, I really didn't want to go out, so the hotel gave us a few "Anything but Pizza" menus. I asked the man that brought the menus to our room which one he suggested. He suggested Hooligans. Glad he did. They were about a 1/2 mile from our hotel, but they still delivered. We ordered, and they got it to us very fast and also HOT. We cannot say anything bad about them. Food was delicious, and actually a bit much for us, but no complaints. Will eat from there again, if we're ever in the neighborhood again!

Can't make up your mind what to eat as a group. Go here, they have everything, I mean EVERYTHING! Breakfast at night, beans/cornbread/pizza, sandwhiches, spaghetti, chilli, nacho, ribs, chicken and do try their famous Bannana Peppers (stuffed with Jack cheese, wrapped in egg roll wrap deep fried YUM). 3 page menu. Everything!!!!!!!!!!
