“Great Small Plates”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 7, 2013

Always enjoy the service and food. It is our backup restaurant when we no cannot get into the Senate next door. Try the Seafood Bouillabaisse. Ask for extra bread to get the yummy sauce. .

“Fantastic Food for Foodies!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 20, 2013

The food at Abigail Street is awesome. We like to get several small plates to share. The mussels are amazing and the lamb sliders are incredible. The service was spectacular and we had a great time. Its not a particularly great ambiance but fun and urban. One tip-try not to sit in the tables facing the street as they look directly into the sun. Otherwise enjoy!

“Trendy and wonderful”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 9, 2013

We went to Abigail Street solely on a friend’s recommendation. He was absolutely correct – this place is wonderful. Everything my husband and I had was cutting-edge, high quality food.

The staff are highly professional, and were even very nice to a couple who came in just 10 minutes before the kitchen was scheduled to close.

For all that this is a very trendy place, the food was not overpriced, especially with the emphasis on sharing plates.

“Excellent food but too noisy”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 19, 2013

The food at Abigail Street is outstanding: creative and very tasty. The service is fine. The drawback, and the reason we do not eat there more often, is that it is so noisy that talking is very difficult. You end up shouting to the person sitting across the table from you. We have tried to find a time when the restaurant is not busy, but then they have music blasting.

“we're not in Cincinnati,anymore!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 5, 2013

we came to 12th and vine to have some gourmet hotdogs at the senate but lucky for us there was an hour wait. The young man at door suggested we go next to to its sister restaurant next door. Are we ever glad we need. We and our friends are not of that world(age wise) but we were so comfortable there and the service made us even more so..( the sparkling rose didn"t hurt)..we got 5 small plates for the four of us: stuffed dates in a tomato sauce that requires you to dip the great bread in it and wish there was more..beets,who knew they could be sooo good? Grilled lamb sliders with carmelized onions ( not just grilled) goat cheese and mint pesto..all three thought they were delish..a bit too spicey for me.then we had the steak of the night and the walleye ( whitefish)..can't say enough about the food but the ambience and service are top notch..thought I was in Chicago with my foodie grandson..I could go on and on but I'm getting hungry !!! Oh yes, there is a parking garage right at the corner of 12th and Vine..go early ..we went around 6 ,but it was a saturday night with the flying pig race the next day...busy busy
