“Loved the location adjacent to Eden Park/Art Museum”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 8, 2009

A new, very modern hotel with extremely comfortable bed. Loved the separation of commode from shower and vanity. Lighting was excellent and glad there was a refrigerator. For myself, the location was key---the day being beautiful --- great walk/jog around Eden Park---the water, paths, hill to museum--fantastic on fall day. The only negative was having to pay $8.00 to park my car outdoors in an area that should have been complimentary -- esp. on weekends. Easy access to interstate and shopping/restaurants.

My family and I have stayed at this hotel twice now. Both times were an absolute joy. Although this last time we ran into a slight problem. The hotel is tucked into a secret little community, but it also has the interstate right behind it. We got stuck on the end( closet to the interstate). It wasn't all that bad, but when the semi trucks went by, it was super loud. Other than that, the breakfast is magnificent and has a great variety. I would definitely advise my friends to stay. Also, it was just a couple of exits away from King's Island and everything you could possibly need. We thouroughly enjoyed Mimi's Restaurant. It was a little pricy, but well worth the money.

We stayed at this hotel last week for 4 nights. It was a nice hotel. The beds are awesome. very comfortable. There is a fold out sofa bed in every room also. The one thing that i did notice though was that at other Springhills I've visited there are usually 2 tvs. The way the room is laid out if you are using the sofa bed and the king bed, the both cant watch television. Also this wasnt a huge deal, but the channel selection was pretty bad. Nothing for the younger kids in your group. But the main thing I want people to know is that you need to shop aroung for this hotel. We only paid $59.00 per night. Thats almost $100.00 cheaper than some sites. It is definately worth $60, but I wouldnt pay $160 a night for it. There is a breakfast thats pretty good, but it gets pretty crowded on the weekends. The pool area is ok. I wished that they would've provided pool towels though. And the location is great. It's a little tricky the first time finding it, but then once you know where you're going its nice a secluded. very quiet.

I enjoy Springhill Suites brand. The rooms are a nice size and the rate includes a hot breakfast in the mornings. Modern, clean room with 2 tvs, kitchenette, pullout sofa. The indoor pool and hottub had a very strong chlorine smell, but we could open the door to outside to get some fresh air. Breakfast items kept well stocked and the staff was very accommodating. They even sell King's Island tickets at the front desk.. and they cost less than even buying them online. Parking could be better. If you don't get one of the few spots in the front of the hotel you have to park behind the hotel and walk around to the front. There is no entrance in to the hotel in the back.

We had 3 rooms here for two nights while we visited the Cincinnai Zoo and King's Island. They call the rooms suites. You get two beds and a pull out sofa along with a small kitchenette. The beds are not separated from the living are with a door so I am not sure that I would call them suites. We were very happy with our choice of hotel. Good indoor pool, free hot breakfast. We stayed in 4 hotels in one week and this one had the best free breakfast.

This hotel is located in a nice, quiet area close to dining and shopping options. It was just a few miles from King's Island. We would definately choose this hotel again.

A new hotel that is clean and well equipped. The 'suites' have everything you need for a business trip with big comfortable beds, a work area, a great shower, a fridge and microwave. They're clean and in great condition and the staff are very, very helpful.

Breakfast area was well stocked and the staff was very helpful. When the eating area filled up they opened the door to a conference room and let us sit in there. Other places rarely do this. This hotel was very quiet even packed with soccer teams. I usually cannot sleep in hotels because I hear every noise. The beds were extremely comfortable. The volume was not working well on one of the tv's was my only complaint but we didn't watch much anyway.
