We ate at the Saffron tonight and loved it. The menu was small but neither of us had any problem finding several things that sounded delicious. I ordered to Fattoush, a Lebanese salad of cucumbers, feta, onions and a blend of incredible spices and fresh herbs. It woke my mouth up with flavor combinations I found so refreshing. It was a substantial serving and I easily shared with the hubby. He ordered the tortelloni which were actually folded into little open envelopes, he loved them. I had the clam fettuccini and I was completely surprised at how fresh and delicious the clams were, I haven't tasted any fresher at a restaurant in ages and I live in Seattle! They must have flown them in, amazing. Service was great without being in our face. My only complaint was that the restaurant wasn't crowded but they sat us right next to another couple when there were several other empty table the whole time we were there. The tables are close together, but that wouldn't stop us from going back again and again. Love this unique food!
