This is a new hotel, likely open for only a short while...
They are pretty proud of the rooms, best I could do through Choice Inns website was 119.00 plus tax; Expedia had it for 107.00... apparently they have room prices as high as 179.00 for certain weekends; this is not the Hilton here folks! I sent an email to Choice as they have a so called "low price guarantee", but they replied with small print that you have to make the reservation and request for the "low price" more than 72 hours in advance, my reservation was around 68 hours out. I cancelled the Choice reservation and made it with Expedia, buyer beware!
Hot water (at least in the top 4th floor) took more than10 minutes to warm up beyond lukewarm, and was never what you'd call hot, this at 8:00 am.
Internet access is wireless, connection was marginal to none; you'll have better luck connecting to the network from the restaurant across the parking lot.
Breakfast is pretty bland, with generic coffee and the typical bread based breakfast and hot waffles.. no yogurt or bananas. If you are going to charge upscale prices, at least serve decent coffee.
Other than that, bed was comfortable and the decor acceptable. Walla Walla is trying to become a "trendy" spot... these folks are trying to capitalize on that but they are missing a bunch of the details.
