I was told that if you could sit at the Chef's table in the kitchen ,that it was an amazing experience. For what ever reason we were able to do that on Oct. 13. I have to say between the wine pairings that were perfectly chosen by Dan McCaffery (restaurant and lounge mangager) , and the perfect 4 course meal prepared by Chefs Dean Hill and Grant Hinderliter, we had the ultimate gastronimic dining experience! They called us and talked to us about the ultimate menu. And when we arrived in the kitchen, we were surprised to find printed menues for our night ,including the mid course sorbet cleansing of the palet cou. That in itself was so amazing as they did a table side preparation of the sorbet with liquid nitrogen that we could participate in. Everyone in the kitchen was so welcoming as well as the kitchen being so clean and organized. The kitchen ran like clock work, and so they were so accomodating to us, but we never felt like an imposition on the kitchen. We felt that we were special to all of them. I just rave about this experience to all of my friends and had to share.
