My husband and I traveled to Walla Walla for a wine event with friends who highly recommended the Inn at Blackberry Creek based on their experience the previous year. We have enjoyed the culinary treats at most of the B&Bs we have stayed at, but seldom at this level. The tables were set in a very pleasing manner with home-made buttery petite pastries and cups of fresh fruit waiting our arrival. We were greeted personally, offered a menu of current selections and the daily egg dish. Each morning we were able to enjoy our morning fare at a leisurely pace with the good company of fellow travelers. While our friends raved about the breakfasts and cookies, we learned first-hand they are well worth the acclaim. Our friends were unable to stay at the Inn this year because they were traveling with a dog, but hoped we would share with them some of the much coveted and fondly remembered fresh baked evening cookies.
Our room was so very comfortable. The king-size four poster bed was dressed with cozy bedding and we each had a choice of feather, poly or foam pillows - amazing! The room was equipped with room darkening curtains and a small TV. We had a closet with mini fridge, roomy bathroom, and hot tub for two on our private deck. We also had the option of having breakfast on our deck.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Walla Walla, and in particular our room accommodations and breakfasts (and cookies) at the Inn at Blackberry Creek.
