“Wonderful Inn”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 17, 2013

We LOVED our stay at Inn @ Blackberry Creek!!! Sue treated us like royalty. The Van Gough suite was beautiful and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The grounds were gorgeous and well maintained. We really appreciated that Sue helped us get a wonderful breakfast when we had to leave too early to be there for the regular breakfast hour. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Room Tip: The Van Gough is secluded and private. Wonderful for couples.

The Inn at Blackberry Creek is a wonderful B & B! The grounds are lovely; the 1906 house is beautifully restored; Barbara and Sue are excellent hosts (and cooks!); and the neighborhood near town is quiet and peaceful. This was one of our nicest B & B experiences ever!

Room Tip: There are only four rooms. The two we saw were lovely, and I am certain the others are as well. The...

When traveling we choose a B&B over a hotel, when we can. Blackberry Creek is one of the loveliest we have experienced in the US or internationally. The property's setting is quiet, restful, and beautifully landscaped. We stayed 3 nights in the Cezanne Room which was well appointed including a beverage-stocked fridge, and a dream-inducing mattress. The Inn is clean and spotless. The breakfast served on the porch was well-beyond the usual B&B fare of "one size fits all" and that was a nice surprise. Detail thy name is Blackberry Creek.

All in all the Inn was just a very pleasant home to return to after visiting the Walla Wall environs. On a return trip we would not stay anywhere else. Thanks, Barbara and staff.

We chose this property because of the reviews and they were right on. More than anything it is the attention to detail. The grounds are beautiful, sitting areas to read after a day of wine tasting.Breakfast fantastic, even the coffee expresso machine in our room was top of the line. Well stocked refrigerator, delicious cookies , shower plenty of power, etc. We love our room cold and the A/C kept it that way.Hot tub outside our room had the perfect temp and was always on for us.This is what I mean by attention to detail. We are B&B people and this one is the top of the line.

This was the best B&B we have experienced. Attention to detail, privacy, excellent food, great service, and beautiful surroundings earn five stars. We stayed in the Van Gogh room and the homemade chocolate chip cookies were works of art!

Let me start off by saying, we're not huge fans of B&B's, but this place is outstanding. We stayed in the Van Gogh room which is really like it's own private apartment with a full kitchen, private patio and hot tub. You also get the option of making your own breakfast from a stocked fridge or having it delivered to your room. We opted for having it delivered to the room. There were fresh cookies in the room and in the house. The grounds are gorgeous! And, the staff was just wonderful. We would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to Walla Walla.

The Inn at Blackberry Creek B&B is everything you could want in a B&B....and that's an understatement. Having stayed in upscale B&Bs for forty years, I can say that this particular B&B is truly exemplary....the five star reviews are not exaggerated.
When you enter the long driveway of Blackberry Creek, you feel as though you are immediately on a private country estate. The grounds are simply amazing, with huge trees, beautiful trimmed lawns, and colorful flowers and plants artfully placed and tended. The B&B is a large, stately home, well appointed, inviting and cozy. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable of the area, including Wine Country and restaurants.
And....AND....she is a fabulous cook. I might just go back for the breakfasts!
This B&B is more suitable for adults. It is stately and invites the guests to enjoy a relaxing glass of wine sitting in Adirondack chairs beneath the trees on the lawn by a creek.
Whew, I wish I was there now. You? When you are in Walla Walla don't miss this one!

Room Tip: Some rooms have exterior decks with two-person Jacuzzi type tubs.
