Absolutely useless staff! Either extremely lazy or inconsiderate, or a combination of both Up to and including the hotel manager!

I don't remember the exact rate, but it was low and they gave us a suite with a king bed and a pull out sofa and two televisions. The suite was an exceptional value that I guess we lucked into. Room was cleaner than the common areas, but they were okay too. People were nice. It is about 3 or 4 miles off of Interstate 20. My kids found it much more interesting than the typical roadside place. I would stay there again.

we stayed 3 nights in this hotel, it was a very nice and very clean room. it was great.

The room was very nice and worth the money. The staff, however, are not very friendly. With the exception of the Valet service, the staff didn't seem to care if you were there or not. Comments heard when a guest complained about something were, "I just work here." and "If we had more help it wouldn't take so long." The buffet did not have many selections, and was not re-stocked before an entree ran out. If you eat breakfast there, don't expect a refill on coffee.
