There were 3 adults in our group, each wanting our own bed. We had an ocean front room overlooking Waikiki Beach, a postcard view of Diamond Head and 3 double beds. Perfect room, fantastic location, and great service. Would definitely stay there again.

If you want quiet and solitude, try someplace else. If you are here for sun, sea and sand ( and little umbrella drinks) enjoy. The infinity pool is as advertised. The daily battle for the chairs seems like there should be a better way. One of us running down at 5 am daily to secure chairs. But how can you go wrong with morning Mai-tai's by the pool for indulgence? We loved our server, she was such a fun person. Room? Well, it is what it is. Had a partial view of the ocean, which meant every morning I got to wake up to Hawaii outside my window. It may need some touch up renovation, and an extra chair would have been nice on the balcony (there were 3 of us) but really, you are there to sleep... Get out of the room and see Hawai'i already. Hotel staff were friendly, even if a bit harried with the capacity holiday crowd, people in the shops happy to sell you what you want to buy. Oh, big tip, go to coffee by entrance to save long wait in shop near the pool. Aloha.

I am a Starwood platinum member so very familiar with Sheraton properties. This one is horrible. The only thing going for it is its location. The rooms are small, rust and paint chips throughout room, pass through in bathroom reveals too many bathroom noises, service at front desk was below Starwood standards, way too many people in hotel, no room at pool, very loud hotel so would not recommend at all.

One of the better Sheraton properties we've stayed. We had to wait for our rooms to be ready when we checked in at 3pm. Adjoining oceanfront view rooms on the 10th floor was amazing. Infinity pool was always crowded and we noticed looking down from our balcony that most of the lounge chairs have towels even sandals on them showing reserved as early as 7am, that pretty much discouraged us from getting in. Shops in the hotel have pretty much everything you need..cookie store, convenience, several clothing stores, .even a ukulele store, coffee, etc. and designer stores across the street and Starbucks. Lobby seems to always be crowded but there's so much to do as far as activity is concerned. The hotel charges resort fee but what hotel doesn't nowadays. It is a great property for family with small children as well teenagers.
