I am very late posting this but we stayed here for our honeymoon in Sept 2011. We stayed for 7 nights and got a corner room on the 4th floor. The staff told us at check in we had one of the best rooms in the hotel and they weren't wrong! We had two balconies, one facing diamond head and the other one facing the beach. Sunsets at night were gorgeous to watch. Room was very spacious (king size bed) decent size TV, bar fridge and reasonably sized bathroom. The best restaurant we found was Shore Bird for drinks and breakfast. Second to that was Ocean House which is abit more expensive but worth it. Starbucks at the hotel for coffee lovers. Hotel itself it located close to shops and restaurants and away from the hustle and bustle. Staff were always friendly and nothin was a bother. Some staff in our Aust hotels should take a lesson from them. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Wakiki. I personally have been to Waikiki 3 times and this has been the best hotel I have stayed at.
