We chose Nobu for our anniversary celebration, just the two of us. We had never been here or to any Nobu before, but our server, Tamara, was excellent at walking us through the menu, suggesting how to structure our meal, and pointing out "not to be missed" items. She hit the nail on the head each time, from the Hamachi sashimi to the miso-glazed black cod, which my pescetarian wife proclaimed the best fish she had ever eaten. Relaxed but not slow pace, excellent wine list, overall one of the best meals we've ever eaten anywhere. And yes, it's pricy but worth it.
