Great equipment, easy to use, friendly guides, a new experience that we wont forget. Nice way to see city and they provide a lot of information. Helmets are a little dorky.

My husband and I had first seen Segways used for tours in San Antonio and he wanted to try one sometime. When we saw they were available for our first visit in Hawai'i, we jumped at the chance. We took the tour of Honolulu on our first day there and found it fun, informative and downright exhilarating! It wound up being just the two of us. Steve and Mike helped us learn the basics of using the machines (easy, after the first couple of minutes) and then Mike (Packard) led us on the tour. Mike, a local guy, is full of information and historical tidbits....and a lot of fun to be with, by the way! He took our camera and made sure to take lots of pics of us (and a couple of accidental videos which we treasure!). We LOVED this tour (and Mike!) and are so glad we had the opportunity to take advantage of it. We recommended it to everyone we met in Honolulu....and recommend it to anyone going to Oahu. DO THIS FIRST! You'll be glad you did. Wish there were a way to give more than an "excellent" rating, because it was such a fun and interesting adventure.

It's the most fun I've had in years! I have a hard time walking due to some knee injuries; however, riding a Segway allowed me to cover a lot of distance and see things I would have otherwise missed. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to balance well, but after a few minutes of practice, I was cruisin' around like I'd been doing it forever. We had a small group of 8, so it was easy to chat. Mike and Ryan were fun and informative. I had so much fun, I booked another tour for the next day. The owner, Alan, even gave us some tips on where to have dinner and drinks after the tour. I recommend Segway of Hawaii for anyone! It was easy to book and they met me at my hotel. Aloha!

My wife and I are retired and were in Waikiki as part of a Princess Cruise. We had made reservations with Segway of Hawaii prior to the trip after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor. It was a very exciting tour of Waikiki and Diamond Head. The guides were professional and fun! The segways were really a blast:)
