We have been to hawaii many of times and each time we have found our hotel not to be what it os made out to be. For the first tome we can say that we finally got what we wanted and were veryompresseed with embasssy suites. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at embassy suites, especially the bell men who were always willing to give us ideas about things to do in Hawaii and how to get there. The rooms were great which included a separate living a bonus was the buffet breakfast ideal especially with two young kids no need to worry about finding a place for breakfast. Third floor had a laundry $2.50 a load and $2.20for the dryer. Highly recommend the hula tower. The yard house (try the chocolate brownie) and p.f changes are great places to eat. All eating places are reasonably priced and kids meals are great although a bit repetitive. There is lots to do and see in hawaii;

Great location and really friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was a little "tired" although room had two separate areas and was serviced well. Kitchenette area could have done with some basic utensils. Contrary to many reviews here we did not find the breakfast provided particularly special. Same every morning, basic and long queues.

Stayed here with our two teenagers and found it to be a great location.
Very close to where you catch the tourist trolleys that take you around all three routes.
Lots of restaurants at your door down in Beackwalk and along the main road.

Staff are fantastic and room serviced well. Breakfast are plentiful.
We had a two bedroom suite with two bathrooms and kitchenette. My only criticism or warning here is that the kitchenette does not contain much. It has a mini fridge, sink, coffee machine and kettle.
There are two takeaway/disposable coffee cups. But, there are no proper coffee mugs or plates, no cutlery. Which I think should be there.
There is a lot of convenience stores nearby so you need to purchase paper plates and plastic cutlery if you like to prepare lunches occasionally, as we do.
If you do, I recommend bringing a sharp knife for cutting tomatoes and bread rolls etc, really hard to do with a plastic one.

Pool is nice with a big spa that is really warm. I would stay here again as the location is great.

We found this hotel was far superior to any of the hotels we stayed in previously while in wakiki .
Once you got the right room they were very roomly for a family of four. We loved the breakfast , those specially prepared omelettes my husband still dreams about, and the cocktails and entertainment in the evening. The hotel is very well suited and close to everything.
Definatly recommend this hotel and we will back very soon....
