Came in with a friend. Live music a plus. Noticed the place was a mess, empty bottles/cups and sticky table tops all over. Took us a while to get service at bar even though the bartender acknowledged us and said she'll be right with us. But she completely forgot. Someone else then asked us if we've been helped, we told her not really, but then she turned away. I've been in bars that were way busier and have gotten faster service. Finally, after couple rounds my friend closed the tab. Next day she realizes she was given back someone else's credit card. When she checks her account, her card got swiped for another person's tab which was double ours and not even the same amount of the receipt she signed. She called the bar and the manager says they will take full responsibility and they'll even cover her fee to get a new card. All she has to do is come in to get refunded and she will let the bartender on duty know. When she goes back to bar, the bartender doesn't have any clue what she's talking about. He has to call the manager to clarify everything that has happened. After everything is explained turns out he can only give her the $20 for her new card fee. Apparently, he can't refund her for the incorrect amount that was charged for someone else's
tab. She has to wait for the owner to return from vacation and he doesn't know when that is. This experience is still ongoing, completely ridiculous and it should not be the responsibility of the customer to keep inquiring to make sure all charges get fixed. It truly is the bartender's fault and the businesses responsibility to fix the charges in a timely manner. Don't think we'll be back.
