I found this place online when searching for eating spots close to the condo we were renting. It was an easy walk to Tiki's and the food and service was superb. Our first visit was a spur of the moment one, we reserved online just 30 minutes before we wanted to eat and strolled down to the beach. We were seated on the lanai overlooking Kalakaua Ave and Kuhio Beach Park. We watched the sun set as I sipped a Mai Tai and my wife had a Lava Flow, a pina colada with a swirl of strawberry in it. We split an ahi poke appetizer, which was nicely seasoned and the ahi melted in our mouths like butter. Keeping the ahi theme I had a seared ahi steak. Perfect. For dessert I had a apple volcano, which was an apple tart with a salted caramel sauce drizzled over it. The dessert wasn't too sweet as some can be, it was a perfect balance of flavors. Tiki's is well worth your dollar. We returned two days later and were not disappointed.
