Could not get enough of the wonderful creations that came out of this restaurant's kitchen! Relaxed dining-great food-reasonable prices and attentive wait staff make this reastrant a winner!
We started off with orders of AHI KATSU (Ahi Wrapped in Nori and Deep Fried Medium Rare with Wasabi-Ginger Sauce) and , POTATO CRUSTED CRAB CAKE as appetizers. We then followed with the CHINESE STEAMED ISLAND SNAPPER in black bean sauce and the NEW YORK STEAK ALAEA seared with garlic, salt, butter and crisp onions for dinner. All 4 were amazing.
Although we were full by this point-desserts looked so good we had to order some for ourselves. The WARM CHOCOLATE SOUFFLÉ CAKE and the MILE HIGH WAIALAE PIE (layers of vanilla and coffee ice cream, macadamia brittle, covered with caramel and chocolate sauces tasted just as amazing as they looked.
Can't wait to return to try the some of the other delicious dishes on the menu.
