I visited Waikiki for a week over the New Year period and we were really glad we picked Shoreline to stay in.
The staff were very friendly and happy to help us with any questions we had and they had plenty of recommendations on where to go around the island.
A bit cheaper than staying on the beach, but being only a street back it was not much different than being in one of those that is on the shore. We walked through the main strip a lot during our tiem, easilty able to experience some of the bars in those on the beach, withotu having to pay extra.
The room was a good size (I think we were staying in a king) and it was serviced well every day. We didn't have an ocean view, but that only matters if you're sitting in your room all day, and not heading to the beach.
Wi-fi was fast, and this made it easy for us to book tours during the week and find out more info about the place when we needed.
The hotel organised our shuttle back to the airport with ease.
If I was going back to Waikiki, I would definitely consider staying here again.
