“Made My Birthday Special”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 26, 2013

We stayed at the Shoreline for three nights. Great price, great location and the best customer service. We were celebrating my Hawaii 5-0 Birthday and the ocean view room was greatly appreciated!

The front desk is wonderful. They had answers for all our questions and we greatly appreciated the beach towels.

We also did the valet parking, and the valet guys were great.

The rooms were great and I love the ecofriendly touches!

I would recommend the Shoreline to everyone and would definitely stay here again.

Thank you!

I stayed with my friend during 11 days and we were treated very well at this hotel. Roons cleans, staff always very happy and smilling and they help us always willingly. Great location e the most important: reasonable price.
I hope to retorn to Honolulu and sure I am staying at the hotel.

Room Tip: All Rooms are good. I stayed in the room with the city view and I had a sleep quality.

I and my ohana stayed here for one night prior to boarding the Pride of America and then a second night (and next day) after the cruise before flying home.

Rooms were clean and modern and while on the smallish side (think a NYC hotel room), perfectly adequate for our needs. The location is very good -- on a more quiet side street between two major thoroughfares, with lots of shopping just steps away. Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely courteous and helpful.

My only suggestion is that the hotel spend the money to put blackout drapes in the rooms. Even on a side street, this an extremely urban area -- when I turned out the lights, the room was still almost as bright as day due to the surrounding street and shopping lights. And then when the sun came up....Seriously, Joie de Vivre -- blackout drapes are not an option in an urban hotel.

Overall, a nice hotel and a very good value.

Nothing fancy here but this recently renovated hotel provides a great value for money and is perfectly located at about 200ft of the heart of Waikiki (Kalakaua street). The only downsides to our room was that the AC was a little bit too noisy and there was no hairdryer.

The staff - especially Romel - were very professional, courteous, and helpful. We came in for our honeymoon and stayed for 5 days. When we opened our room, we were greeted by a box of chocolate and a nice card. Location-wise, it's in the heart of Waikiki - right near the best places to shop, eat, and relax. The room is spacious, very clean, and air conditioned. GREAT value overall, and it's absolutely where we would come back to in the future.

Room Tip: Rooms on the higher floors are a bit less noisy.

The location is great, price is nice. Free wifi everywhere within the hotel. The staffs are kind and nice, especially Kristy!!!!!! We love her so much, she shared her favorite food in KCC farmers' market with us, and even printed the direction by bus, helped us save a lot of money.
We were there for our 4th anniversary, and Shoreline even prepared a box of chocolate and nice heart-warming hand-writing card for us. Anyway it is a really nice hotel, and I would choose to stay here again during my next visit!!!!!!

Excellent accomodation in Waikiki.
Great location close to shops, restaurants, night life and transportation.
Will definitely come back to this hotel whenever in Waikiki.
Pick up by shuttles just in front of the hotel. Popular shops like Ross just in front. Branded products shops a few minutes away.
