Centrally located, loved the friendliness of the staff, great food. Loved it so much we met with friends and family at three different times for brunch and dinner.

“Great buffet dinner”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 20, 2012

The food was surprisingly good for what I considered such an old, restaurant. They served snow crab legs, prime rib, teriyaki chicken, two kinds of sushi, a steamed red snapper, ribs, shrimp tempura - yum! It was delish, and a wide variety of choices! For the vegetarian, there was veggie tempura, tofu salad, regular salad, bean sprouts, etc. And dessert was white chocolate bread pudding, apple pie, pumpkin pie, soft serve ice cream, honey melon, cantaloupe, and pineapple and ZENZAI -- azuki beans with mochi as a soup! $30 for dinner buffet.

Nice choices, beautiful setting. The only annoyance was the pagoda hut we were in -- once the sun went down and the lights came on, it was the glaring, too bright compact fluorescent light that killed the ambience of the sunset, waterfall, koi pond, and the ducks swimming around. I'd recommend changing those white/blue 6500 k daylight CF lights to the lower (around 2700k) compact fluorescent lights. It would keep the ambience.

“excellent service and food was too !”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 29, 2012

My breakfast was very delicious and the price was fair for the portion and quality of the food I had there and my server was very professional with my table and I listen to the other service of guest dinning too. My food was hot and well prsentented.

“This is a Honolulu must for every traveler”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 19, 2012

I thought this restaurant would be tired, overpriced with simply average food but we couldn't have been more surprised. The surroundings are magnificent due to the koi pond and the landscaping but they didn't stop there. The brunch breakfast we enjoyed on Saturday was fresh, varied, and exceptionally good. There was something for everyone. Don't be fooled by thinking this is all seafood or Asian fare. It's outstanding. We understand they are under new management and evidently it shows. We highly recommend Pagoda Floating Restaurant. Don't miss it!
