“Amazing!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 16, 2013

We went here as part of a circle island tour. We got there nice and early 7.30am so there wasn't a huge crowd. The play an very moving movie at the beginning before a short boat ride to the memorial. Wish we had been able to stay longer and check out some of the other memorials. Definitly need to allocate a day here.

“Very Interesting”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 16, 2013

Visit Pearl Harbor and really spend some time to understand what exactly happened there that day. You need a couple of hours to walk around and listen to the headset. Also go on the Bowfin. It was a great addition.

“Extremely educational and very respectful”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 16, 2013 via mobile

Thoroughly enjoyed our day. The memorial of the USS Arizona was very respectful and informative and the free museums were brilliant too. Even with very little historical knowledge the museums were informative in a very clear, concise and chronological way so people with no previous knowledge will enjoy it

“Must See”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 16, 2013

It was fascinating to learn the history of the attack on pearl harbour. It was quite emotional when we arrived on the USS Arizona memorial. We had purchased the audio tour and on this there were some accounts of the day’s events from some of the survivors. It’s hard to imagine what it’s like to have lived through something like that. It’s very a very humbling experience standing above that once great ship knowing that there are people still entombed in the remains of the ship. Defiantly a must see if you go to Oahu. I would definitely recommend the audio guide. Makes it far more interesting and informative.

“Learn from history”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 16, 2013

It was overwelming to see what happened here so many years ago. A bit diaapointing were the loud asiatic groups, which for my oppinion dind't pay the necassary respect to what happened.
