“pearl....”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 16, 2012

Buying food there was the most disappointing, you would expect something quick and simply ....burgers sandwiches etc. No if you go it isa huge visit and I suggest you take your snacks. Long day interesting and well run, plenty of places to rest. We had ear phones tour it is well worth the extra money to hear everything. Yes well organised facility, loved the submarine and the historic centre where people form the time tell what it was really like sound and video and models were accurate and all in all a learning experience.

“Something for everyone, education, and more”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 16, 2012

We saw all the attractions at Pearl Harbor. This is a very special place. Each attraction seems to have its own rating on trip advisor, but the area itself is more than that. The floating white markers showing the location of the ships that fateful day was very interesting to me. I took a lot of photos. We spent the whole day. It was very touching. Very glad we went. Takes forever to turn left to go to the parking. Bring your patience, and leave your bag at home or leave it in the car - wallets only!

“Please visit Pearl Harbor”

The staff at Pearl Harbor shows a short film of the attack on Pearl Harbor, which is very informative and very touching. The film prepare you for the tour of the USS Arizona Memorial.

“Solemn and very touching”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 15, 2012

A must see on any visit to Hawaii. A place of deep reflection. To travel out by boat to the Arizona and actually view the sunken vessel, which is the resting place of the servicemen who lost their lives, was an amazing experience.

“Long and historical”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 15, 2012

I wish the museum would touch more on the human factor. What did people do before the attack, in the evenings, how did they spend their time when they weren't working? How about after? There were these amazing pictures of little kids in gas masks, and pictures of the nurses, but that seemed to be about it. History is great, but it didn't emote much from me. The holocaust museum, now that was emotional. Pearl Harbor, needs work.
