Small rooms, cramped shower, and noisy. Restaurant is good and the staff was very nice, but they can't make up for having to overpay for this facility. Been to Newport several times and there are other places to stay at the the same price that are much better.

We were so excited to book this hotel the website looks amazing! We were looking at the pictures online and could not believe we booked such a luxurious hotel! We go there and we had to walk and walk and walk to the hotel room, it was as far as you could be from the front desk. The room was fine, but not at all what we expected from the descriptions online. The bathroom was separate from the mirror and sink which was strange. We found the staff to be not so helpful. They offer a service from the hotel and will take you into the main drag of Newport. Only after we were taken to our destination were we told it was $10 and we had only gone 6 blocks. It would have been cheaper to grab a cab. We were under the impression that it was free. Overall it was a fine hotel and I would not divert anyone away from it but just know that it was not all we expected. There are not a ton of hotel options in Newport and more B&Bs so if you want a hotel this one is fine. We also suggest street parking which is free just read the signs but there is a lot of free parking very close to the hotel. They pushed parking in their lot but we did not need to.

We actually booked our hotel on Orbitz and chose the cheapest room they offered. I was worried at first that we would end up getting one of those old rundown rooms but to our surprise, our room was amazing! It was very spacious and very clean. We were lucky enough to get one of the rooms on the newly-built wing of the hotel. This hotel offers the lowest prices for amazing rooms at Newport.
