I just recently stayed at this hotel with my family. I found this hotel to be great with fantasatic services! The location of this hotel is on Goat Island and it was not at all far from all the tourist attractions, restaurtants and shopping! Even though we were there off season I found it to be was very nice and there was always plenty to do.

Girls one-day getaway for fun, good food and spa treatments. The hotel staff was very curtious, the hotel was clean, the room was fabulous. The spa treatments were awesome and everything we hoped they would be. Can't say enough about the staff. Great time.

We had a great clean comfortable water view room. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. We had the breakfast buffet which has an omelette station and cooked to order pancakes. The rest of the buffet was great as well. Though we didn't use it, the indoor pool and fitness area all looked clean and up to date. We would stay here again for sure.

We planned a surprise overnight for a special friend who is going through some health issues.
I faxed the manager of the hotel and received a response the next day from Cassandra, the lead reservation specialist. She took care of everything allowing me to pay for the room in advance and see to it that any incidentals would be billed to my account directly. She upgraded them to a beautiful room. The professionalism and the way my friends were treated was greatly appreciated. They had a beautiful stay at the Hyatt Newport. We look forward to visiting that wonderful resort some day for ourselves. Kudos for an excellent staff and property!!!
