Patience is a virtue of mine, but getting two fifty dollar steaks about an hour and ten minutes after ordering them, and then having them come cold is unacceptable.
The filet was ordered medium and came gray, cold, and stringy. I had to share my steak with my wife, and thankfully brought the filet home for my dog. My steak was fine because it was a sirloin, a filet cooks as it sits, and sits and sits some more. Having a long prep time is to be expected in a busy atmosphere. But it was not busy and the food was sitting on the line until the bernaise was a thick as pudding.
Being a local and having many guests in the summer I was hoping to have a good experience because I recommend many places.
