I stayed here with some girlfriends for a girls weekend. We were greeted with friendly staff. I had stayed here before but my friends had not. We were explained all the accommodations. Our suite was amazing and the view was devine. It was a few dollars to take a cab to Newport and right across from the beach. We were all so happy we stayed here

My husband and I recently stayed here for a one-night getaway in Newport and we were very pleased with our choice. This is technically located in Middletown, RI, but it is literally right on city line of Newport. We knew we would only be sleeping here - so we weren't looking for anything quite fancy - but we found a place that MORE THAN met our needs. The room was a bit small (but then again we chose the smallest/cheapest room), but it was clean and well kept. The bathroom was very nice and the closet was quite spacious. We loved that we had the entire DIRECTV lineup available, not just selected channels. The fitness center was updated with good equipment. The entire DIRECTV lineup was available on each piece of equipment. The front desk staff was helpful. We only had dessert at the restaurant and we took that to our room, so we couldn't comment. The Starbucks coffee in the room was an added bonus. Overall - we would definitely return and recommend this hotel to others.

I can't say enough just how pleased we were with our stay. It was such a great experience that we booked the next weekend. The staff, especially manger Frank were so accommodating. The rooms were the cleanest I've seen, and all the amenities were spot on. Thanks for a beautiful weekend again. I would say that if you ever stay in Newport this is the place to go. ENJOY!!!!

Our first stay a Newport Beach Hotel & Suites was outstanding. We stayed as a family w/3 kids in the Lux Suites building. There was plenty of room for all and sleeping arrangments were very comfortable with 2 king size beds and a pull out sofa. The kids loved the pool and 3 large screen tvs with DVDs etc. The hotel is very clean,bright, newly updated and within walking distance of beach and the start of the cliff walk. We would definitely return and recommend most highly. We had a great view of the beaches, Easton Beach, cliff walk and mansions. There was a full kitchen, full size fridge, microwave, dishes/cups etc. We didnt use the kitchen but great for those staying longer and not wishing to eat out.
