My mother and i stayed here for my cousins wedding. I found my room to be clean and the staff was very curtious, I was a little aprehensive after reading the other reviews, but i gave them a chance and im glad I did. They were clearly workign on fixing everything, the breakfast was great. My only real complaint was that there are no automatic doors for wheelchairs so it was kinda hard to get my mom in and out of the building.

when we first went into our room the first impression was pretty good. The longer we stayed, and the more we looked around our room we began to notice there were some things wrong with our room. We think that the bathroom had not been cleaned before we checked into it. There was leftover toiletries, most likely from another guest. The drywall was broken in the bathroom and there was not any toilet paper hanging on the holder. As we made our way through the hotel we noticed that the hallways all smelled. The pool was very cold and the water was a lovely light green color. The ceiling was starting to fall down in the pool area as well. In the information packet in our hotel room in advised us that they knew that the ice machine on the third floor did not work. Initially, our reservation was for two nights, but we canceled the reservation for the second night and made other arrangements.

If you want an incredibly filty place to stay with a desk clerk that is doing you a favor by paying attention, stay here.

There was a toothpaste cap in the sink drain, filthy carpets, cigarette smoke coming through the vents, broken electrical outlets. In short a real dump.

Don't stay here unless you absolutely have to.

My husband, me and our three children stayed here March 2007. Not once did housekeeping come to the room to make beds or leave fresh towels and when I asked the manager on duty for new towels, he brought them up waded up and not folded. Worst yet, we were told the pool would open at 6pm because "we just added chlorine" and when my husband was leaving the pool with our daughters, he noticed that the Utah Dept. of Health had closed the pool and the notice was covered up by about six pieces of paper from the hotel stating the open pool hours (6pm - 11pm, obviously after the Health Dept. would be closed). My daughter got very sick the next day and had to be brought to the Dr. I contacted the Health Dept. who informed me that they had indeed closed the pool to very high levels of bacteria. They went to the Hotel the next day and made them empty their pool and told them they could be charged with a crime. Also, the free breakfast...well when we went down at 8:00 am, there was only cereal and juice left, no spoons, no cups for the drink.

We then contacted Choice Hotels to complain and they wouldn't do anything about it. They only referred us back to thir horrible hotel and no one would refund our money or even apologize!

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH!!!
