From the valet to the wait staff to the reservation staff....all was excellent. We only stayed for two nights but they made us want to stay longer. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They answered all our questions about their city, offered directions to places we wanted to see and on and on. The room we stayed in was super clean, large and comfortable. We visit Buffalo every 4 or 5 years and would definitely return to the Hyatt.

This was our first time staying at this location. The great attitude of all the staff made our stay at this hotel exceptional. The front desk clerk went out of his way to be of service and gave us some great advice on how to get around and places to visit. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable.
We visited the bar area late in the evening and even though it was packed the bartender was very attentive and patient. I happen to be a fan of Starbucks coffee and was cynical about purchasing it at a location besides Starbucks. To my delight the coffee was hot and tasted just as I would expect a Starbucks coffee to taste.
I would highly recommend staying at this location if you are visiting downtown Buffalo.

Visited Buffalo and stayed at the Hyatt. The room was clean and very comfortable. Excellent fitness facility and food services. The saff was execptional and were extremely helpful with our stay in Buffalo. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

This has to be the friendliest hotel with the best staff that I have ever stayed in. The service makes this place - from the time you pull up to the Valet, to check out, everyone here goes above and beyond to be helpful, friendly and professional. I have traveled quite a bit in this country as well as Mexico and I have to say this is one of the best, if not the best travel experiences I have ever had. First stay was in November 2011 for my daughter's wedding, and the second time (recent visit) was even better than that. Room service breakfast was quick, hot and delicious. Great location within walking distance of bars, restaurants, arena, and the free trolley stops right outside the lobby. Cannot wait to come back to visit!
