Was at this hotel for two nights just last weekend. As it turns out - I had made mistakenly made my reservation for the wrong date - never noticing the error. Upon check in - the hotel desk clerk very kindly advised that we could get a room for two nights using the rate I had previously booked - and that the charges I had incurred for being a no-show (which I somehow missed on my Visa) would be reversed. Really, he could not have been any more courteous - we were already pleased. Moving forward, the decor is very lovely - I enjoyed the frost blue/light tan throughout the hotel. Moreover, the pool area is very, very nice. It includes a waterfall feature and a hot tub area. We were looking for food options nearby - and were so pleased to discover that the hotel has two restaurants that are connected to it! One was a Subway, which we did not visit, but looked fine. Another was The Chocolate Bar - which was fabulous. The hotel was clean and quiet. And oh yes - the breakfast room is on the second floor - and it's the most spacious and inviting breakfast area I've ever seen in any Hampton Inn. A friend that was traveling in our party went downstairs for some coffee on our last morning at the hotel. Upon finding the coffee totally gone, she alerted hotel staff. They promised more would be arriving soon - but they also gave her a $5 Starbucks gift card for her trouble - which she was able to use at the store right across the street. Really - we were so impressed. This is - by far - the nicest Hampton I've ever stayed in. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling in or near the Buffalo area. Top of the line Hampton and staff.
