Great non crowded National Park. We went counter clockwise on the 36 mile loop road. We saw two heards of wild horses on the outside of the loop between miles 7-16. You have to look carefully to find the horses. One herd was about 1000 yards off. We were also stopped by two herds of buffalos on the park road. You will be close enough to the buffalo that you can smell them, they stink.
