“Very nice”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 days ago NEW via mobile

The room was very nice although a bit small for 2 beds and 4 people. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Interesting that one review said there was an elevator but we were told there was no elevator. We were on 2nd floor and had to carry everything up. Only 3 towels in our room even though it was reserved for 4 people. Pool area was nice but very hot for those not swimming. Breakfast was fine. Limited protein (bacon and hard boiled eggs). Waffles, muffins, yogurts etc.

This was a stopover on our way to Mesa. The hotel has new owners and they have remodeled and have done a fantastic job! New paint, new furniture, tv, carpet. The whole works. We only stayed one night but wish we had stayed longer. The staff was great. There are stores and eating places right across the street. The room also has a fridge, coffee and microwave. There is an indoor pool. There is also a breakfast which was good. The bed was so comfortable and the shower worked well too! Everything was spotless. It was a good location. Did I mention that the staff was great! They also have an elevator. We were on the ground floor and did not hear a peep from above. This is also located off the freeway aud it was pretty quiet.

Room Tip: There is an inexpensive Mexican restaurant next to the grocery store. It is quite small but deliciou...

Very clean and quiet with a decent breakfast. The rooms were modern and comfortable and the hotel service was great. Recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Flagstaff, it's in a great location right off the interstate and close to city restaurants, breweries and shops.

Drove into Flagstaff and only planned to stay one night before heading to the Grand Canyon. My truck needed some repairs, so our stay turned into three nights. Staff was incredibly friendly and flexible with my checkout time. Within walking distance to many restaurants...across the street from Walmart and a grocery store.. movie theatre just up the road.. city bus stop nearby... and outdoor walking/running trail next to hotel...Bonus! Indoor pool and hot tub. Family and pet friendly. I was traveling with my three children and our dog. I appreciated the affordable pet fee per night (maybe $15?). It's hard to find good hotels that allow pets. All in all, this was an excellent hotel to "be stranded" at without my vehicle. Would absolutely stay here again.

Room Tip: Loud kids and a pet.. first floor was a must. A few rooms were still undergoing remodeling. If the...

Spent a couple of nights in Flagstaff as we were going on an Antelope Canyon tour. Hotel was very clean and newly remodeled. The location was good for our tour pickup. The staff was very friendly. I would stay again!

The room was nice and clean. The morning breakfast was decent. There were only a couple things that made this a "very good" instead of an "excellent." 1) The bathroom in the room... it was quite small. 2) Like I mentioned, the breakfast was decent, however, it could be better, maybe a bit more variety. These two things are not necessities by any means, but that would have definitely made the stay excellent! Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay.
