“Just Okay”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 5, 2012

Wow, these reviews do not reflect our experience at this hotel. Our upstairs assigned room, bedding, and towels were clean, however there was a strange odor downstairs. The staff was not the friendliest and had lied to some other people who were staying at the hotel, when they asked for some towels for use after using the pool, telling them they were all out...but they gave me one about 5 minutes later. The breakfast was decent with a choice of cold or hot cereal, waffles, and fruit. Not the best hotel we've stayed in, but not bad.

“Ewwwwww.”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2012 via mobile

Facility bears absolutely no resemblence to photos, possibly because the photos the website--last updared in 2011--uses are from when the hotel was a Rodeway inn.
The nicest thing i can say is that there were no bedbugs. There were, however, a wide variety of suspicious stains, hair, and odors.
The staff were defensive and unhelpful.
This is not a two star hotel. Look elsewhere.

“Filthy. Rude. Refuse to give owner information. Stay away!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2012

This is the grossest hotel I have ever seen. The carpet is black with ingrained filth of who-knows-what. There was hair (short and curly) in the bed. The staff was awful and refused to give any information about the owners. It smells like rotted carpet and years of mismanagement. Do not waste your money. There are better, cleaner hotels nearby. Additionally the phones in the hotel do not work.

Room Tip: Go somewhere else. I'm not exaggerating, it's filthy.

“This place is awful”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed July 27, 2012 via mobile

Stay the heck away. You are better off sleeping in your car! This is the most disgusting place on the planet! The floors and beds are dirty, the linens are dirty, and the staff is indifferent. We only stayed here because it was the only place left in town. Trust me on this! This is a complete dump of a hotel!

“Poor communication and customer service.”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed July 12, 2012

On June 27th I made a reservation for 3 adults for July 2nd. I called, rather than making my reservation on-line due to the difficulty usually involved with getting a handicapped accessible room with a roll-in shower. Nick, who made my reservation assured me that the shower was a roll-in shower and that there were two beds in the room. Upon arrival we realized that there was only 1 bed, and the shower was not a roll-in. The manager, Ruth, was rude and unhelpful, and wanted to charge me extra for a cot for the third person, and lied to me about the shower/tub accessibility. I demanded my money back and went to Days Inn for a much more helpful and courteous environment.
