Stayed here for one night during a road trip, one of many hotels we used during our three week trip.To be honest, it's difficult to find anything that stands out about this hotel. It seemed quite impersonal. The front desk didn't seem to have a site map so it took us longer than necessary to find the 'south'block.
Couldn't find the bed firmness remote so can't say what that was like. The coffee in the room was not very good and surprisingly no coffee in the front hall...even in the morning...good old Starbucks!!!
It was all quite impersonal...the staff were friendly enough but no warmth.
I'm sure there are more homely hotels in Flagstaff
